Comfortable room in close proximity to dining and transit, and walking distance to Avenue of the Stars (harborside promenade). Professional and friendly staff.

Very good location, it’s convenient to travel via public transport and an airport bus stop is nearby.

It’s very small even for one person, not to mention two.

loved the location. very clean and stylish but tiny tiny rooms.

Everything worked well but the rooms are super super tiny and there is no chair in the lobby. no table. no couches. nowhere to sit in the lobby or anywhere else in the hotel. maybe this is very hong kong. there is no place to hang out inside the hotel other than your own rooms which become tight once you put your suitcases in. there is a place you can have breakfasts but they are expensive compared to other places nearby. and this breakfast place is only accessible in the morning only if you eat breakfasts. wish there were at least a few chairs in the lobby.

Love the location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Property is so clean and cozy, love the linens of the bed as well as the pillows.

I hope there is bidet in the comfort room.

Helpful staff, great location, lovely room

Convenient location 3 min from Jordan MTR station which is pretty much in the middle of the MTR system. The room (the “sunrise” one) has a nice top view, beds are very comfortable, has everything you need.

The breakfast was ok but not great.

The room is, as is standard in HK, rather small but thanks to its ingenious layout and moving furniture it didn't feel that way at all. It was very clean, few noises from outside during the day and the location was very convenient, both in itself and by proximity to the nearest metro station. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Evelyn Poon, are forthcoming and always warm and helpful. Overall great value for money and I would not hesitate to visit again or recommend to friends and family.

There's nothing noteworthy that I can complain of, really.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff are helpful and friendly to our questions as to how to move around and where to go. Location is good, near to Jordan station and bus stops. Hotel is near temple street. There are nice food around the area too! There’s filtered water in the room, good for me who drinks a lot.

Toilet and bathroom doors are very heavy to close. ?

Good location in Kowloon. Very friendly staff. Room was small, but very well organized and clean.

1st day rm cleaning was quite late came around 3+pm which was not convenient as small kid has to nap. no drop off/taxi lobby
